TERMS OF TRAVEL

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with BigSkyWonder (https://bigskywonder.nz/), which offers transport and small-group programs designed to create meaningful experiences for participants.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour or program start date.

  • Bookings not paid in full by this time may be subject to cancellation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests must be received in writing (via email or written notice). Refunds will be processed based on the time the cancellation is received:

  • 8 or more days before travel: Full refund of any payments made.

  • 2 to 7 days before travel: 50% refund of the total booking value.

  • Within 48 hours of travel: No refund of the deposit. The 50% deposit is forfeited.

3. Changes by You
We understand plans can change. Requests to change dates or participant details will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Changes by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or significantly alter a program due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date, credit, or full refund.

5. Participant Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:

  • Arrive on time and be prepared as per any pre-departure information provided.

  • Disclose any relevant health or mobility conditions in advance.

  • Respect the safety and enjoyment of others in the group.

6. Liability
Big Sky Wonder will take all reasonable care in delivering safe and enjoyable experiences but is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising during participation, except where required by law.

7. Agreement
By booking with Big Sky Wonder, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
