In today’s busy world, many of us move so fast that we stop noticing the things that keep us grounded. Between the weight of work, parenting, relationships, finances, health worries, and the quiet battles no one else sees, life can feel heavy. Many adults are carrying stress, anxiety, or burnout without ever slowing down long enough to breathe.

Snap Happy gives you that pause.

This 90-minute workshop blends basic photography with gentle wellbeing practices. Using just your smartphone or camera, you’ll explore the idea of perspective — in the images you capture and in the way you navigate your own challenges. Shift your angle, change the light, take one step back… and suddenly the whole scene looks different. Life works the same way.

You’ll build simple skills in mindfulness, emotional resilience, and self-awareness, while reconnecting with your natural creativity. No pressure. No experience needed. Just a quiet moment to rediscover the small details that make you feel present again.

It’s science, art, and breathing room — a chance to see the world, and yourself, with fresh eyes.
